You know what's essential to my scheme of justice? Getting my Civil Rights grade.

I find it irony of ironies that the NRA was actually staunchly against bringing something like Heller to the Supremes.

Aaaand that resolves that "irony." Timing is everything.

Well... Alito was no "sure thing" given his U.S. Attorney background. I wonder if his presence contributed to the substantial tempering of this opinion.
