How does a team outscore its opponent 21-0 in the first quarter and lose 35-28?

Something is wrong with Washington football. I want to believe in Willingham, but something is seriously wrong with Washington football.

You mentioned what is wrong in the sentence after you stated something is wrong.

I think Tyrone Willingham is one of the best coaches around. Every day except Saturday. He recruits very well and he hones the talent of the guys - we KNOW the team's capable of great things. But there are nagging issues of play calling and consistency. Is that Lappano and Baer? A temporary lack of depth? I don't know. I just don't know.

Just like Notre Dame's AD said: Willingham's a good coach, Friday to Sunday.

Although I disagree with him being good at honing talent. Too many guys plateaued or regressed this year.

But still, we've finished 10th, 9th, and 10th in the conference in Willingham's 3 years. It's time for him to go.

Also, wouldn't a good coach at least have a .500 career record?

That was so painful...I watched the end of it last night with Bryce and we did not have a good time of it.
