A nice and rather morbid realization is that the 2 characters whose birthdays I didn't miss... are both already dead. xD
In other news... I cannot quite believe it myself, but I'm rewatching Digimon Adventure. Yes, the very first season of the Digimon franchise. ^^" Talk about nostalgia. But this time, it's in Japanese audio, so there's still somewhat of a difference. Hee! But it is fun watching old animes. I think I will probably then watch Adventure 02, Tamers and then Frontier... even though I've watched Frontier in Japanese before. But SuzuKen is Kouichi, one half of my twins~ so of course I'm gonna rewatch! xD
Over the past few weeks, I've also watched Yami no Matsuei and Hyakujitsu no Bara ~Maiden Rose~. Yeah, kinda like a BL anime watching spree. xD I like em' both! Nice amounts of angst in it to keep me interested~! HAHA. I've also finished all available chapters of Hyakujitsu no Bara and Monochrome Factor. While I like how MF anime had shounen-ai stuff... the manga is admitedlly a lot better. Though there isn't that much Shirogane/Akira going on (they're more Akira/Kengo haha), there's still enough hints to keep me somewhat happy and the storyline is much clearer. As in, there's really plot in there. Heh.
I also rewatched Monochrome Factor and Bus Gamer just because, oh and not to mention reading the 11 chapters of BG. I hope Minekura Kazuya contnues it! Or has she already started on it again? I'm kinda confused because the BG community I found on LJ seems to imply that there's more than the 11 pilot chapters of it... Like it's being serialized again. Oh well. One wonders when she'll finish Saiyuki though. It's like a never-ending journey! xD"
OH OH!! TO LEMME FANGIRL FOR ONE SEC: I FINALLY FOUND KANAME/ZERO DOUJINSHI ON AARINFANTASY. I WAS AND STILL AM INSANELY HAPPY! 8D It was so hard to find ANY VK doujinshi at first, finally people are drawing my OTP! xD I just hope they don't uke-fy Zero too much... One thing defining this pairing (which I like) is the snark between them. ^^" I shall have to find a way to get around the blocked sites on the Hall's network...
Okie I guess that's all for now. Shall hopefully not get too lost in old animes and update here a bit more often! But at least I cleared (somewhat) my backlog of to-be-uploaded-photos on Facebook. xD
