Over the Crunch
Finally finished working 12-hour days . . . maybe now I'll have some free time . . . who am I kidding?
The Rockstar party was rather win, except for the whole Selina's car window debacle. The night after, I attended another birthday celebration . . . a friend from work organised a dinner at the Little Creatures Dining Hall. The food was great, but not drinking certainly left me a little socially unlubricated.
Last weekend I went out briefly with Scott and Dan, ending with us having dinner at the Pancake Parlour on Bourke St. Steak pancake ftw. Visited Kip & Lee's new place for some warming on Saturday night, and went for a Loli meet picnic on Sunday. Busy busy.
On Thursday, I headed out to Monkey in Fitzroy to see Noriko Tadano & Adam Simmons play. A couple of people I know turned up, and the show was great. It's interesting to see performers you know separately play together, as you never expected :P
Last night was Yoji at Hard Kandy. His first hour-and-a-half was mostly hard tech, and somewhat boring. The second hour-and-a-half was mostly classics, and a lot more danceable :D Tonight is Jane's halloween party / Matty Poppins' birthday, and tomorrow may be Paranormal Activity day.
