Summary:Yuichi, Koki, Junno, Tatsuya and Jin are supposed to be the 8th generation rulers of the world called Mytan. Mytan had been dealing with their enemies, which are called Zygnotean for so many years but in order to defeat them they need to be strong enough. And In order to gain their full powers, all 7 heirs must be complete. Now that two Zygnoteans named Kazuya and Hikaru come to their life, would they be a big help in finding the missing heirs or will they be the reason of the heir’s failure.

Chapter 4 ~The start of friendship and special feelings~
As days passed Hikaru and Kazuya is just becoming closer to the future rulers of Mytan, They are happy to have friends like them yet still afraid that they might found out who they really are. Fortunately for them, until now the heirs still doesn’t have a clue.
Since the day that they agreed about joining them the Mytanean in their battle with the Zygnoteans, Kazuya and Hikaru had been training with them after class.
“You could go inside, Hikaru and Kazuya” Junno said. They are inside Jin’s laboratory again, this time Koki had suggested to let Hikaru and Kazuya use the training room.
“You could try it first Hikaru” Kazuya said he wanted to monitor what is going to happen outside, he is still worried that the heirs would kill them.
“Okay.” Hikaru smiled and took off her school bag.
As Hikaru went inside her human clothes slowly transforms into her usual clothes in Mytan, A beautiful purple robe with silver embroidery, a black leggings and purple high heeled boots. Her shining staff also appeared and everyone noticed that it is a high class staff.
“She looks good in purple.” Junno commented. They had been training on how Kazuya and Hikaru use their weapons so they had seen their staff and sword but it was the first time they see Hikaru in her armors.
“I will just get inside right?” Hikaru asked.
“Yes, we will do a virtual monster training. Don’t worry you won’t feel anything even if the monster attacks you. You will fight the monster virtually, we can determine the winner by monitoring the life points.” Jin explained.
“Okay.” Hikaru smiled as they finally close the door. She put on a gadget in her eyes and stood still
“We’ll begin in 3 seconds” Hikaru heard Jin from the speaker. Jin manipulates the machine to determine what type of monster Hikaru will fight. After three seconds they saw Hikaru and a monster in the huge monitor. Hikaru attacks the monster using her spells, She can’t get hurt with the monster’s attacks but the machine provides her a life points which will decrease whenever the monster hits her.
In every spell she casts, she felt how her attack’s damage increase, she even noticed that her staff’s orb glows brighter now compared before when they aren’t training yet, the training with the heirs really helped them. The battle lasted for 7 minutes only, Hikaru immediately went out after that.
“It felt weird.” She said. “Training with that.” She added talking about the machine.
“Why is that?” Junno asked.
“It still felt better when it is not virtually.” She explained.
“But I saw how your attack improved, it was amazing” Kazuya commented.
“oh, yes! My attack improved a lot. I can even feel how strong my staff is. Our training during the passed few days helped a lot” She smiled staring at her staff.
“Kazuya it is your turn” Koki said.
“Nah, I’ll pass. I’m not into this virtual training thing” Kazuya reasoned.
“Then how could we see if you have improved” Jin complained.
“Let’s have a duel then” Kazuya suggested smirking. “But don’t cry if I beat you”
“Huh? As if you could do that. I am your mentor, I am surely 10x stronger than you” Jin said.
“Oh kami-sama, here they go again” Koki just facepalm.
“Stop with the childishness, you could you use the training room for your duel.” Tatsuya suggested as both Jin and Kazuya agreed.
“I think the training room is too small for them.” Koki just whispered.
Kazuya and Jin’s clothes slowly changed. Kazuya’s became a dark blue robe with gold embroidery, his weapon is blue flamed two-handed sword which was definitely stronger, rare type of blue flame sword. while Jin wears a red robe with black and silver embroidery , his weapon is a red flamed single handed sword.
“Using this machine we will provide you both the life points but since you are both real, you’d feel hurt when you are hit. So please just don’t kill each other ne. You can’t use any spell that could instantly kill your opponent for real. Of course you can’t stab each other too, this is just like a training, you can’t do what Hikaru did before. You know your limitations” Koki said. He felt worried that the two might take it real and kill each other to know who’s better.
“We won’t, don’t worry. Kazuya might have some bruises but I promise he will still be alive after this” Jin said as Kazuya just shake his head annoyingly.
“Okay, We will start in 3 seconds” Tatsuya said as the countdown finished Jin and Kazuya immediately attacks each other.
“You are good. “ Jin mumbled as he tried to dodge every attack of Kazuya with his sword. Due to the impact of Kazuya’s sword Jin’s life points was decreased by 2%.
“I know.” Kazuya smirked but when he was about to attack again, Jin was able to grab his left hand and was able to kick him in his hips causing him to slam on a wall. Kazuya’s life points was decreased by 5%
“But unfortunately for you. I am still better. “ Jin grinned. He pointed his sword to Kazuya as the younger tried to get up. “This fight ended earlier than I expected” Jin added but what he didn’t notice is that Kazuya had already casted a spell, trapping him into his illusion.
“You might be stronger physically, But I am still better than you” Kazuya whispered and this time Jin was so shocked that he can’t see Kazuya anymore.
“Eh? What is happening with Jin?” Koki asked as they watch Jin and Kazuya’s fight.
“Kazuya-nii had probably used an illusion. Jin can’t see him right now. Kazuya likes playing with his opponent” Hikaru sighed. They saw how confused Jin looks. He is not even facing Kazuya, the others can see that Kazuya was just right behind him but Jin can’t. Kazuya take it as an opportunity to attack Jin, the older lost 50% of his life points already yet he can’t attack Kazuya since he can’t see him.
Jin had lost his patience already, it was unfair for him. Indeed, Kazuya got a huge advantage with his illusions. When Jin’s lifepoints drops into 30% he finally found out what he needs to do. Instead of panicking and trying to look for Kazuya in his condition, Jin close his eyes and tried to remain calm, Kazuya got an ability to use an illusion but he still believes that he is better. He is stronger, and his senses can surely help him now.
“Summon!” Jin shouted that summoned his beast partner Okaze. With his eyes closed Jin can’t see anything but with Okaze’s help he could finally feel Kazuya’s presence, he was finally able to dodge the younger’s attack. Kazuya’s life points drop into 40% after Jin was able to attacked him.
“Impressive. You were able to break my illusion” Kazuya said a little surprised. Jin opened his eyes and smirk at Kazuya.
“I told you I am better.”
“Well not really, you got your pet there” Kazuya said.
“Dispel.” He said as a red light appeared around his beast partner then disappears.
“But who would have thought that you are cool in fighting.” Kazuya smiled sincerely. “You look very dependable right now” He smiled.
“And who would have thought that a girly guy like you is this good in fighting” Jin said as they continue attacking each other. Both jump away from each other to cast a spell.
“Hono Sutoraiku!” Both shouted at the same time. Blue flames came out of Kazuya’s hands as Red flames came out from Jin’s.
“I told them not to cast a spell that would kill each other.” Koki shouted and as both Jin and Kazuya’s fire met, it shined so bright before it exploded. Both of their life points drop into 0.The others can’t see anything but smoke.
“What the hell did you just do!!!” Koki shouted immediately when the smoke faded. Both are lying on the floor with few scratches and luckily just minor injuries. He was angry yet relieved that both Jin and Kazuya look ok. It was Jin who first stood up.
“Let’s go out of this room now. I just hope Koki wouldn’t kill us” Jin smiled as he helps Kazuya stand up.
“You were great Jin. You are an amazing fighter. No wonder you are one of the heirs.” Kazuya complimented. Still hand in hand they walk out of the room.
“I am not really sure if they had a duel or just had a just courted each other.” Junno commented noticing the hand. “When they entered the training room, they were enemies and now they are holding hands.”
“That attack, It almost blinded us due its brightness. But they might had actually kissed during that time” Yuichi joked.
“Oh shut up!” Kazuya shouted.
“Ne, let’s go in Mytan. We will take you to the castle to meet the rulers and officially be part of the Mytanean Lead fighters.” Jin said. “You guys are ready now” He added referring to Kazuya and Hikaru,
“You’ll have a better training in Atzukori too.” Tatsuya added.
“Eh? Castle? The rulers? So we are meeting your fathers?” Kazuya asked surprised and nervous. What if the Myateanean rulers sense their true identity? Jin and the others didn’t but what if their parents did.
“Yes, why? “ Junno asked.
“Nothing. When are we going?” Hikaru asked.
“Now.” Koki answered. 2 months, they never been in Mytan for more than two months and now they are coming back. Hikaru was more than nervous, the Zygnotean wants them dead as well after they killed a Zygnotean commander just to protect a Mytanean. Everyone in Mytan, even if it is a Zygnotean or a Mytanean are their enemy.
“Ok then let’s go.” Kazuya said as Hikaru looked at him surprised.
“Let’s move to the transporter.” Jin said. As they move to the other room. Kazuya held Hikaru’s hand to ease the nervousness that she is feeling.
“We knew the risk when we said yes. If they found out, then they found out. But if not, we will continue to be like them, a mytanean that will protect Mytan from the Zygnotean no matter what” Kazuya as Hikaru nodded.
“Does this lead exactly inside the castle?” Kazuya asked wanting to be sure that they won’t meet any Zygnotean who knew them.
“Yes. It will lead us inside the castle. You could use this to go from earth to Mytan but not from Mytan to earth. The portal is just the only way to go there” Jin explained. “Let’s go?” Jin asked as they all nodded. He pushed a button and just a few seconds later they are now inside the Mytanean castle.
“Whoa.” Kazuya mumbled, they are still inside the teleporter so they could only see one room yet Kazuya was already amazed. It was so beautiful, it was made by both gold and marbles.
“If you would sell this on earth, no one could afford it.” Hikaru commented. “It was so different compared to the castle in Zygnotea, maybe another reason why Kazeno is so jealous of the Mytanean.” Hikaru added in her thoughts.
“Let’s meet our parents.” Yuichi said.
As they walk out, the other Mytaneans that they passed by bows in respect to the heirs of the thrown.
“Wow. It is great to be the heir, huh?” Kazuya whispered to Jin.
“Did you realize how unmannered you are? You never give respect not even when we first met” Jin said smirking.
“Why you!” Kazuya wants to retort yet Koki beats him to it.
“Well, when you first met, Kazuya was damsel in distress and Jin is his knight in shining armor.” Koki commented laughing.
“What?” Both shouted.
“Kazuya slipped, Jin catched him” Koki smiled.
“Don’t compare us to a damsel in distress and a Knight in shining armor! That’s so different” Jin shouted as all of them laughed.
They continued talking until they reach a huge door. Kazuya was paying attention to everything around him so he was sure that this is the biggest door in the castle.
“We could say that this is the Ruler’s office.” Yuichi said. “If they aren’t on the battle, they are here forming a plan or working” He added.
Yuichi knocks on the door and when he heard a reply of come in, he opened it. Inside there are the 7 rulers Hitoshi, Seiji, Jiro, Tadashi, Kimiko, Ryuji and Yusuke. Kimiko and Ryuji immediately stand up, with a surprise expression when the 5 walk in with 2 guest.
“Who are they?” Kimiko immediately asked.
“Ah, they are Hikaru and Kazuya. The two Mytanean we met on earth that we are talking about. They will be part of the lead fighters as well.“ Jin explained.
“Oh.” Both Kimiko and Ryuji said with disappointment.
“Ah sorry, don’t misunderstood our reaction just now. We just thought that they finally found my missing son and daughter.”Ryuji explained.
“Ah, it’s nothing. We are the one who should apologize for coming here” Kazuya said shyly, Jin laughed.
“So the almighty Kamenashi Kazuya feels shy in front of the rulers of Mytan” Jin commented as Kazuya just glared at him.
“Don’t be shy and nervous around us. Jin had been talking a lot about you” Hitoshi said.
“A lot, huh?” Koki started teasing. “Ne, Uncle Yusuke, I bet Yuichi had been talking a lot about Hikaru as well.” He added.
“Oi!” Both Jin and Yuichi shouted as Kazuya and Hikaru tries to hide their embarrassment.
“Oi, don’t blush!” Jin told Kazuya.
“Don’t be so full of yourself! There is no reason to blush, idiot!” Kazuya shouted back.
“You know, you are the only one who could do that to Jin.” Hitoshi commented laughing.
“Ah, I’m sorry.” Kazuya bowed.
“No, it is a good thing.” Hitoshi smiled.
“Otousan!” Jin said.
“Okay, enough with the teasing” Seiji said smiling. “You should take a rest now. It is getting late, you had your class and training so you are probably tired now. We’ll talk a lot tomorrow.”
“Eh? So we’ll just take them to the portal to go back to….” Jin was stopped by Kimiko.
“No, no. Let them stay here for tonight” Kimiko said.
“Eh?” The 5 heir shouted surprised. Every lead fighter is allowed to inside the castle but only in the first floor and second floor where the laboratory, training ground, the meeting room and library is located. The other floors are exclusive for the Ruler’s family and they never allowed to anyone to sleep inside the castle.
“Are you sure?” Yuichi said.
“Yes. Beside we have two spare rooms” Ryuji said. Those two rooms are supposed to be Hajime and Minami’s rooms.
“You mean, you’ll let them sleep in…” Before Koki could finish his father speaks.
“Yes, you could take Kazuya to Hajime’s room and Hikaru to Minami’s” Jirou said.
“O..okay then.” They answered as they left the room.
Kazuya and Hikaru could still see the stare that King Ryuji and Queen Kimiko is giving them. They somehow felt uncomfortable but they could clearly see the longing in their eyes. Of course they knew the story about the missing heirs, they felt sad for them since they could not still find them after all these years.
When the kids were out of their sight, the rulers started talking more about them.
“It should be them. They should be Minami and Hajime. I could feel it, Ryuji. It is them.”Kimiko said.
“There is something different about them, Jin had mentioned it before but now I understand him. There’s a power inside them that isn’t awaken yet just like our sons but we can’t be sure if they are really Hajime and Minami. They are still strangers to us.” Hitoshi explained.
“But we will find out. They are going to be one of the lead fighters any way.“ Tadashi said. Everyone smiles hoping that they are really the missing heirs.

“Why you!” Kazuya wants to retort yet Koki beats him to it.
“Well, when you first met, Kazuya was damsel in distress and Jin is his knight in shining armor.” Koki commented laughing.
“What?” Both shouted.
“Kazuya slipped, Jin catched him” Koki smiled.
“Don’t compare us to a damsel in distress and a Knight in shining armor! That’s so different” Jin shouted as all of them laughed.
They continued talking until they reach a huge door. Kazuya was paying attention to everything around him so he was sure that this is the biggest door in the castle.
“We could say that this is the Ruler’s office.” Yuichi said. “If they aren’t on the battle, they are here forming a plan or working” He added.
Yuichi knocks on the door and when he heard a reply of come in, he opened it. Inside there are the 7 rulers Hitoshi, Seiji, Jiro, Tadashi, Kimiko, Ryuji and Yusuke. Kimiko and Ryuji immediately stand up, with a surprise expression when the 5 walk in with 2 guest.
“Who are they?” Kimiko immediately asked.
“Ah, they are Hikaru and Kazuya. The two Mytanean we met on earth that we are talking about. They will be part of the lead fighters as well.“ Jin explained.
“Oh.” Both Kimiko and Ryuji said with disappointment.
“Ah sorry, don’t misunderstood our reaction just now. We just thought that they finally found my missing son and daughter.”Ryuji explained.
“Ah, it’s nothing. We are the one who should apologize for coming here” Kazuya said shyly, Jin laughed.
“So the almighty Kamenashi Kazuya feels shy in front of the rulers of Mytan” Jin commented as Kazuya just glared at him.
“Don’t be shy and nervous around us. Jin had been talking a lot about you” Hitoshi said.
“A lot, huh?” Koki started teasing. “Ne, Uncle Yusuke, I bet Yuichi had been talking a lot about Hikaru as well.” He added.
“Oi!” Both Jin and Yuichi shouted as Kazuya and Hikaru tries to hide their embarrassment.
“Oi, don’t blush!” Jin told Kazuya.
“Don’t be so full of yourself! There is no reason to blush, idiot!” Kazuya shouted back.
“You know, you are the only one who could do that to Jin.” Hitoshi commented laughing.
“Ah, I’m sorry.” Kazuya bowed.
“No, it is a good thing.” Hitoshi smiled.
“Otousan!” Jin said.
“Okay, enough with the teasing” Seiji said smiling. “You should take a rest now. It is getting late, you had your class and training so you are probably tired now. We’ll talk a lot tomorrow.”
“Eh? So we’ll just take them to the portal to go back to….” Jin was stopped by Kimiko.
“No, no. Let them stay here for tonight” Kimiko said.
“Eh?” The 5 heir shouted surprised. Every lead fighter is allowed to inside the castle but only in the first floor and second floor where the laboratory, training ground, the meeting room and library is located. The other floors are exclusive for the Ruler’s family and they never allowed to anyone to sleep inside the castle.
“Are you sure?” Yuichi said.
“Yes. Beside we have two spare rooms” Ryuji said. Those two rooms are supposed to be Hajime and Minami’s rooms.
“You mean, you’ll let them sleep in…” Before Koki could finish his father speaks.
“Yes, you could take Kazuya to Hajime’s room and Hikaru to Minami’s” Jirou said.
“O..okay then.” They answered as they left the room.
Kazuya and Hikaru could still see the stare that King Ryuji and Queen Kimiko is giving them. They somehow felt uncomfortable but they could clearly see the longing in their eyes. Of course they knew the story about the missing heirs, they felt sad for them since they could not still find them after all these years.
When the kids were out of their sight, the rulers started talking more about them.
“It should be them. They should be Minami and Hajime. I could feel it, Ryuji. It is them.”Kimiko said.
“There is something different about them, Jin had mentioned it before but now I understand him. There’s a power inside them that isn’t awaken yet just like our sons but we can’t be sure if they are really Hajime and Minami. They are still strangers to us.” Hitoshi explained.
“But we will find out. They are going to be one of the lead fighters any way.“ Tadashi said. Everyone smiles hoping that they are really the missing heirs.

valentines day is getting near...as well as kame-chan birthday :D.... for 4 years, this year is the only that I haven't prepared anything for kame... I am sorry kame-chan....:(
