- Cas. He was actually pretty awesome in this ep. BAMFy and efficient, and his use of air quotes was hilarious. Wavelength of celestial intent!
- Grabbing onto Dean's hand for blood was... a little disturbing, but I enjoyed it.
- Death Cab is really dead! I must admit that I loled at Cas being the end of it. And, aww at Sam and Dean trying to learn to fit into the Impala.
- The conversation with Ben.
- Sam working out. HNNNNGGHHH.
- Dean shirtless too, mmm. Although that scene was a little strange.
- "We have a special bond." Ahaha. I can just see all the D/C and S/C fodder in that scene!
- Sam having sex with a prostitute. It might make sense in character development terms, and I don't really want to get into a discussion on the sex industry, but I feel like the point that is being made with Sam paying for sex is ... I don't know. I'm not sure it's a good point.
- WHY ARE ALL THE ANGELS MEN. WHY. WHY. Yes, Raphael and Balthazar and others who are named in scripture are male (although I really am no expert on this) but the no-name fillers? They don't all have to be men. THEY REALLY DON'T. This pisses me off.
- Sam. D: I know that there is character development and plot etc etc and on the whole that's probably a good thing, but... I want my Sammy back. I am allowed to grieve for my cute little Sammy, dammit. Still, hopefully there will be some answers in the upcoming episodes.
- Also, the kid torture scene. JUST PUT IN THERE to show how Sam didn't care. Idk, it felt forced and unnecessary.
- Fucking Balthazar. I don't get him. Sure, I can understand that he's an angel who wants to have a little fun, doesn't really care about humans other than selling their souls on the black market, but the acting? Totally off. It was just... strange. Wat.
- And WHY did they not try to figure out whether Balthazar had pawned off the rest of the staff? And taken OTHER people's souls??
- WTF is up with the toad/frog thing?? I don't get it.
