Well, this happened yesterday as the subject says. I haven't updated in awhile and I figured I might as well; though I'll just do a copy and paste, because I'm doubtful I can say it all as well as I did before.

His super tough, threatening facade he's been holding for the past two years melted into a little panicy bitch, and it made me smile.

The eye of the stove apparently had something in it-- some spice, I guess. The fire got a little out of control and got really tall.. Enough to where it could've flickered into the wall, really. Or into some plastic bags I had told dad I wanted to get rid of for awhile but he said to keep them. He was panicing, inhaling the smoke-- moving back and forth, clashing the tops of pan lids on top of it (even though oxygen would get to it) and would generally just do this panic act in the way so we couldn't take care of it.

Eventually I reached the cabinet on the other side of him (a little bit diag of the flame-- it was a bit hot, not too uncomfortable) and got a couple of things-- mom grabbed the salt (one of the things I had--I was grinning the entire fucking time even though I knew it could've gotten serious) and she just shook the shit over it. Ta-da, it was over.

Then he went back to his room after giving complaints to me about the bags being a SUPER FIRE HAZARD that i wanted to get rid of, and went to his room. I went in there after awhile and he was just laying there, his legs shaking like a little bitch. I found it fucking elevating, man.
