So aside from the work-related injury (I love these children, I truly do, but good god they hurt so many staff members), I've been doing pretty well.
I've been teaching myself Irish Gaelic, learning the guitar, painting, writing, and running my Death Note blog (1000+ followers fuck yes!). I've started RPing again with my lovely Mello from Tokyo in Tulsa. I've kept in touch with the Near we met there, and I've been working on my cosplay junk again. With my new phone, I've gotten back into photography, so I'm saving up for a new digital camera. And I've started a money jar for a future trip to Ireland.
Time to get back to my roots, so to speak.
I love my new haircut, and I love how I'm presenting myself, and I'm finally totally happy in my own skin.
So things are going good. They really, truly are.
