These have been sitting on my desktop for more than a week so I thought it was high time I stuck them up here.
If I remember correctly, these are from episode 6 of Teppan Shoujo Akane:
?? What's this?
Still not sure what it is...
Aaaaand full view! It's supposed to be a mushroom,
matsutake to be exact, but it sure looks, ah, suggestive, if you know what I mean.
Please, don't offer flowers to it. One
phallus festival is enough.
I've dropped TSA since this episode because, well, good food can't save an entire drama series. I wasn't particularly impressed by the character Akane and the recent "OMG my crush is my enemy WOE AND ANGST" plot twist. Feh.

I was watching the
live-action adaptation of
Chibi Maruko-chan when...:
Hold up, who's that on the right?!
OH NO NAH-AH YOU'RE KIDDING ME
Tamaki Hiroshi as a young Hiroshi, the dad. According to Wiki JP, he's a huge fan of Sakura Momoko, creator of Chibi Maruko-chan. No wonder he's in this.
By the way, this is another awesome manga-to-live action adaptation. Everything and everyone is perfect. I was particularly impressed by the kids who were Maruko (she's Yone in Koumyou ga tsuji? This should be interesting) and Hanawa-kun.

And speaking of drama adaptations and Tamaki Hiroshi, one of the many scenes I loved from episode 7 of Nodame Cantabile:
Classic shoujo move executed excellently. *fufufufufu*
