Jumped through first hoop in application process for a job. Tomorrow I have to call to see if my application was accepted to go to hoop 2.
Afterwards the truck didn't want to start and I ended up sitting in the 95 degree heat for 2 hours (in the potential employers parking lot) while waiting for mom to come with some help. I suspected it was the fuel filter clogged. It wasn't, but we did find out that it was installed backward. O_o We ended up having to pull it home with some tow rope that mom keeps in her van for emergencies.
I got home with a massive migraine and actually asked mom for some of her pain meds and have been going in and out of semi-consciousness ever since.
I really fucking hate the way the sun does this to me. At least mom didn't say her usual dren about how I really just need to get outside more.
The topper today though was getting home and finding out that someone had swiped my last Mt. Dew. Dude, that's... that's like the most evil thing ever.
Now time to take out the dogs one more time and head off to beddie bye.
