Hello there!!!
I haven't been posting anything ever since I got back from the States. Well, 2008 has been busy figuring out my first job after graduating from Biotech degree but not wanting to pursue one in this field. It was just busy, frustrated, felt uncertained throughout the year that I can't be bothered to jot down anything here as well as in the conventional written diary I had actually.
And in a blink of eye, it is already almost 3 weeks past 2009. Shall I sum up what had happened roughly over 2008?
January: Was still in Houston visiting Er Yee and family. Visited Lousiana with Er Yee Zhang and Jia Jing. Got back home, first in Singapore and met up with Lucius!!! I still remembered we had a big argument on the phone after him telling me he is returning to Perth early Feb that annoyed me and me yelling at him:"you've got nothing to do ah? Talking to me over the phone!! I'm here day time and have things to do you know????" etc..Aihh...long distance with 17 hrs of time diff is just fucked up. But everything was sweet again after meeting up in Singapore. I still remembered him waiting for me at the arriving gate, wearing an old green Quicksilver tee with unkempt hair, waving at me. I still recall his chuckles when he sees me, a chuckles that came from deep inside his heart of the joy of seeing me FINALLY after SIX months apart after only ONE AND A HALF month together. AHHHHH......This month also marked the first time he came all the way from Singapore to Taiping to visit me and we had a little trip together to Penang. The goodbye was hard though. We made a last minute decision to go down to meet up Phil, Mun and Vish in KL and also to shorten his trip back to Spore which means I had to miss Grandpa's bday dinner which I dont know how mum feels about it. Oh well. The moment when he boarded his coach back to Spore was just unforgettable. We both teared up, especially me just because we don't know when will we be able to see each other again. AWWWW......
