Past Memories
My brother posted this, in his febble attempt to get money or pie or something from me. But this was a post that he did a few years ago, which I think is hilarious. This is the type of relationship my brother and I have. I am very thankful and mortified about how much alike we are:
From an entry on January 11th, 2004:
The next time someone tells you men are complicated, look them square in the eye and say this word with resounding enthusiasm:
"No."
My proof is as follows.
I go downstairs to get something to drink. As I'm leaving, my brother comes in, and it's mentioned that there is cherry pie in the oven. At this point, I change my voice to the guy you hear doing those Motocross or Monster Truck Rally commercials (think Duffman) and yell, "Cherry pie! In the oven, right now!"
My brother responds in the same voice. "Cherry pie!"
I retort, "Yeah!"
He retorts, "Yeah!"
Then we start high fiving each other.
After some more "Yeah!"s, we do that thing where you both jump in the air and bump chests at the peak of your jump.
After a few more yeahs, I punch him in the chest.
He punches me back, and playful wrestling match ensues for a few minutes, both of us on the ground, our dog not knowing what to do.
Then I get my drink and go back upstairs."

I had a very good conversation saved when my brother got drunk and decided to type on AIM with me. It was fricking hilarious, but unfortunately I lost it when my hard drive got fried eariler this year.
Oh well, I will just get back at my mocking and my preparing for Monday and this weekend. dun Dun DUN!
