(no subject)
I been slackin again. And to tell you the truth, I don't even know if I remember what I did yesterday. I'll definitely try though. I went to the library for an hour or so an studied chem. When I left the library, I was pedallin' away, and I saw hot Tom from jazz band. He saw me and like, frantically waved and did this like rock on thing, and I frantically waved back, since he's hot and that. So then I took part 2 of the chem midterm from hell. I think I might have actually done fairly well on that part of it though. It wasn't as bad as the first day. After chem I just kinda sat around for a while. I think I took a nap. Yeah, I did, because I barely slept at all because I was afraid of sleeping through jazz band. Jazz and was fuckin' sweet. We got a couple of new songs, and Karen has vocal parts for both, so I got first part for them. The first song had a sweet ass solo that I nailed, and Karen and Cronk complimented me on it, which was kick ass. Then I had my Negaunee sweatshirt on, and Dan the bass player was all like, "Negaunee, hey? I'm from Bessemer." Small world. I figured he must be from the UP since he knew how to say it. Most often I hear "Nog-a-nee". Retards. haha. So then after I got done talking to him, I said bye to Tom, and he's all like, "c'mere" and he hugged me, which was sweet and totally unexpected. Did I tell you that Tom's hot? hah. So we had our floor meeting then, and our floor name is now "Alvin and the Chipmunks." Jessie came up with that, and I think it's pretty fuckin sweet. Me and Casey will have a good time painting the mural for it. Then after we played Halo, and we had 9 people because Casey wanted to play, and Joe walks in and says "I automatically get to play since it's my room and my TV." So that automatically meant I was out since it was a room full of guys. So I went in Zach's room, and they're all like "you're not playing??" and I was like no, Joe's being a fuckin whiner. And Joe got all pissy cuz I was bitching about him, so I left. I came back like an hour later, and Andy and Zach were fighting over who's team I was going to be on. Zach's like, "we get Kate." and Andy's like, no, we get Yooper. It was interesting, but since I didn't want to be on Joe's team, I automatically was on Zach's. Zach even made a name in my honor while I was gone, it was "JO JO SUCKS". haha, Zach's awesome. So we played some Halo, and then me and Casey watched "The Girl Next Door" and then I went to bed.
So today, I had to get up early and drive to Canadian Lakes to go to my ortho appointment. Canadian Lakes is B-E-A-utiful. If I ever moved down here, (unlikely) I'd move to Canadian Lakes. So anyways, my appointment went well. They took x-rays and that, and I have to go for an MRI on November 3. Can't wait. So then I had speech, then I went to work, which was fun. The principal's wife had her baby today, so everybody was all excited. Then after work I cashed my $13.28 check (woo!) and got some gas. Gas is fucking $2.08 here right now. I almost shat myself, so I only put $5 in. Then I bought my sister's planner, and came back. Nate text messaged me around 9:30 to say "Hey Katie, if I get my loan tomorrow I won't be able to come out. Sorry but Roy picked the day and it doesn't fit into my schedule. Not next weekend but another." Yeah, so basically for 3 weeks now I've been gloating about how my friends are coming to see me, and they're fucking not now. First, Nate texted me last night around 2:30 to tell me that Roy can't come because he's "got a lot of stuff to take care of", which sucked. And now Nate's trying to blame it on Roy that he's not coming. I have a good piece of advice for everyone.
Don't ever get your hopes up for anything, because odds are, IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.

Anyways, that's about it. I have chem lab at 8am tomorrow, but it may be my last for the semester. Fill out my survey thing located directly south of this entry. =)
