Wow its been awhile, lets see … I started off going to the keys with my family then we went to Sanibel Island (known for their seashells), an Indian Reservation in the middle of the Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Nassau, Andros, Bimini, and Miami it was awesome. Ok lets just start at the beginning we packed our mini van full “the Levan van” and we started our VERY long trip to Key West. We drove from around 5 in the evening till 1 in the morning. When we stopped to sleep for 5 hours, then we got up at 6 ate breakfast and got back on the road. We drove till we got to Key West that was the longest car ride EVER. Once in Key West after we found our resort, which was right on the water omg it was absolutely gorgeous. We started unloading all of our “stuff” and of course we were on the third floor the very top. After we finished unloading we got to just relax, watch the sunset, and go to bed. I think I got the best view because I could see the water with a few palm trees and the sun rising all from my bed omg… then the next day I got to sunbathe and read it was so cool. Then we walked across the island to see the sunset and attend the sunset celebration that they have every night (that there is not a hurricane) they had fire poi dancer people they were amazing. I got some really good ice cream. We spent the whole week there through Arlene and everything. we went scuba diving, saw dolphins, went to the Hemingway house, saw the six toed cats, flirted with a lot of guys, got sun, broke the van window, got 6 coconuts, went to the fort, pet a shark, walked at least 4 miles a day, got a picture with a living statue, and drove/ captained a boat. Then we packed everything back up and got back on the road to Sanibel Island on the way we stopped for lunch at this little place and omg was that guy HOTT yea… once we reunloaded we got to walk on the beach and get bunches and bunches of shells that is all we did for 3 days. We slept, got shells, washed them, walked on the beach, swam, and sat in the sun oh yea and we got a whole bunch of pictures. Then we packed up again and went to this stupid Indian reservation in the everglades where we spent form 11:00 in the morning till 10:30 the next morning omg that place was horrible I will never ever do anything like it again we rode on an air boat with the alligators then rode a “swamp buggy” through the everglades then went to a snake show listened to some fat guy tell us an old story then got back on the “buggy” when it was dark outside got lost in the middle of the everglades for 2 WHOLE HOURS then finally got back to “land” we slept in a chi-chi with bugs everywhere and no ac no light no nothing our chi-chi was right next to the snake house which was right next to the alligator pit. Omg it was horrible then when we woke up ants had gotten all in our van they were everywhere well I will continue with the rest of the trip later but that is pretty much it for my family trip then we went to fort Lauderdale ill write about the church trip later I missed everybody and I hope to see everybody really soon call me sometime everybody call me on my birthday wed. jul. 13
Luv ya kaytee
