Why didn't they warn us about this?
1.5 hour meeting this morning. Insults flying, people yelling, parents crying. Just....ugh. I've never been to a meeting in which fellow team members were so unprofessional. And I disagreed with the proposal...that's the first time I've ever done that.
So after that lovely, emotional meeting - another 1.5 hours spent writing up our statement as to WHY we disagreed with the proposal. It was an absolutely lovely day. I'm going to court, I just know it.
Before now, I didn't know as a pediatric occupational therapist in a school system that I could wind up in court solely for following the laws. Why didn't they warn us about this in college?!
