To whom it may concern,
I wrote to you on the 5th of November to inform you of Suses homophobic comments. I am writing to tell you that today, as my girlfriend was sitting in the Sutton branch of Costas Coffee, Suse came up behind her, placed her hands on her shoulders, and proceeded to 'exorcise the spirits from her'.
As you might imagine, this is not acceptable. We informed the Assistant Manager - Marcin Beiganski - and were told that 'she was just trying to help', with no mention of Suse being spoken to, or any indication that this was, in fact, not professional or acceptable behaviour. The fact that Marcin shares her ideas and he was unable to put his professional duty before his personal religious views is disappointing to say the least.
We have gone to the Police and been instructed on how to file a harrassment claim. If Suse de Andrade continues with her abuse, we WILL go through with the claim. We've been told by her manager that this has happened before, and that there is a record of the previous incident - we desperately want something to be done about this.
