(no subject)
Still in London. Still loving it. the weather here is crazy and cloudy all the time but all I get is rain in 50 degree weather instead of more snow. :-)
Classes started up this week and it's hard to believe that I've only been here a week. I'm getting along with everyone great. It's a pretty good community of people and no one seems to be really asshole-ish. Some people may go out a little much but hey man, new country, new rules, new life. I just would rather stay in and chill than waste my money on going out every night. (yeah Thea I know you just said that in your post but I totally agree).
This weekend is my actual birthday though! yeah 21!!! I won't be getting as drunk as my FIRST b-day party in the states (just thinking about how fast that hit me makes me dizzy) but we're going out for asian food in the london China Town ish area and then going club hopping. Then staggering back here hopefully into a giggly pile of sore limbs and worn out shoes.
I'm thinking of all you guys all the time. We're right next to baker street and I saw a sherlock holmes museum and for some reason I pictured Nick making a funny face wearing the hat and the pipe and I almost laughed outloud. I heard someone say "WOW" on the street the other day and didn't think of the exclamation... see people walking little dogs and I think of sparks and peanut... and just things all over. So I am thinking of you guys and i hope you're all doing well in that frozen tundra that is home.
