Life gangs up.
Jon went back to work yesterday. It could have gone better and he came home rather stressed and unhappy. On top of that, something he ate didn't sit well last night so he was up most of the night and is home sick today. I'm hoping it was the leftovers we are out of and not the stuff we'll be eating again today!
I am a SAHM for the next couple weeks. How on earth does anyone manage to eat their own meals while caring for a baby? I think I forgot at least one yesterday. I know I haven't had enough to drink. I did manage to wash the diapers. I have 3 loads that would be nice to get done, but at least 2 need the drying rack. Things are drying quickly in the low humidity air, but not that fast.
I want to read to L, but he starts fussing or screaming every time I try. Extremely frustrating for a reader. At least he sees me read a lot. Well, maybe. I look at him until he closes his eyes while nursing, at which point I figure I am free to read. Not sure if he notices I'm reading or not.
Today. Today I have to go get my overdue allergy shot. I'm afraid to think of anything else because that seems like it will take most of my available time....
