Summer Time
It's Summer! *dances*
I figured I would do like seasonal livejournal updates. I had my winter one, spring one, so here's summer:
I am really liking summer. I've been working all day shifts, which is nice because you end up doing less work and getting paid more money. Last night was the 20th Anniversary party at work, and we had like three extra hours of work which was nice, because there wasn't a whole lot of work to do because they did everything buffet style. There was Martinelli's (sp?) and champagne (notice I can spell that. I think.). I was gonna go for some champagne but Kennedy got to it first and one of the new girls freaked out at Kennedy and started yelling. So no champagne at work for Katie.
My grades turned out good again, still on dean's list and whatnot. For getting good grades, Jan bought me (totally the actual number) $420 worth of clothing at Anthropologie which only means 2 new outfits, but they're very nice outfits. Classes next term are gonna be WR 243, History of the Middle East, Bio 141, WR 123, and Aerobics.
Ian and I are going camping soon! I can't wait. This year, we're going to try to the booze in a watermelon with tequila, because the rum ate out the watermelon. Ian's and mine 3 year is comming up too, so Ians mom offered to pay for half a cruise if Ian wanted to take me, but Ian only gets a certin number of sick days so we decided to stick to camping. We'll take her up on that cruise offer when theres a good one going to Jamaica. Anyhow, I'm leaving. To go smoke.
Oh yeah! Wait, before I go, next week, we are going to the drive through zoo in Winston. I will know which day by Saturday (Lisi puts up the schedual then) and will call people interested in comming.
