Labor Day
Were it not for this special day, I would be in school right now, so I just want to point out my love for Labor Day. I have DSL! And Cable! And Cake Oh my. I am all moved into my new house and extremely happy with it. Jan is gonna buy me a couch so Ian and I can snuggle while watching movies, because now my bed in is another room. Ians birthday was last Saturday so last night we had birthday dinner with Jan... with the cake. I put 'Happy 19th Pookie' in frosting on the cake. For his birthday we spent all day together, and ran around like crazy teenagers all over the Portland metropolitan area. I have no reccolection of anything we did, but I have leftovers from Marie Calendars.... Sean left for New Jersey, so his big new room, is all Ians. And his cat, Haley, is all mine! Ian now has Seans bed as well, and its a bunk bed, so we're gonna have a sleepover soon. I claim top bunk. Ian "borrowed" one of the smart board projectors, and found a wall in his new room to project onto, so we've been watching movies and playing Tony Hawk and other XBox games on it.
Christi got a church lot parking spot, but she lives a block away from the church, so shes not gonna take it. This means I need a carpool to school. Someone please take pity on me?
Jojo and June are really happy in the new house because they have a huge backyard. And I'm super happy I don't have to walk them as much. Jan got me Sims Unleashed. There is a dog in it that looks like Jo, and one that looks like June. I'm very satisfied and pleased. Ian got a job. Good because it pays 10.50 an hour. Bad because his hours are 4:45 to like... whenever he gets his stuff done. And he works 5 days a week. So I'm going to be seeing much less of my Pookie. Very sad.
My phone number has changed to 675-2995. It will change again, because the guy hooking up our phone gave us the wrong number, but for the next week, thats my number.
I'm gonna go look for couches. For some reason Jan thinks we should look in the Pearl District for couches, so off I go to Portland.
