yes i know i am a dork
for those of you who know me really well, yall know that i have been hooked on the scott peterson murder trial since the beginning. and it's coming to an end now. i am watching court tv and they are swearing in the jurors right now. they are going to start deliberating soon. oh lord - this is getting crucial. sometimes i wonder if i should have gone into something to do with criminal justice. eh - maybe not.
anyway, now i am watching president bush about to make an acceptance speech. yay for bush winning again. he is my hero. and he is a cutie patootie, too :) kerry is a douche.
alrighty - so back to my weekend, for those of you who care.
friday night, we were supposed to go to that haunted forest. susan and i met michael in calvert city and went to paducah, where we ate steak-n-shake. i haven't eaten there in forever. it was tasty. then we left paducah to meet michael's friends and go to the haunted forest. oh, but we didn't quite make it. his retarded friends forgot us. let's just say that michael was pissed. we all came back to murray and that was our friday night.
saturday, we hung out around home for the afternoon. then we all left for the party at lowell's. we all turned out so cute! michael and i were a very cute gangster/flapper couple, i must say. and little suzie q was a precious mary ann. check out the pictures. lowell's party was a lot of fun. everyone dressed up and we had a grand ole time. around midnight, we went out to an old slave farm near lowell's house. some people got really spooked. and susan definitely took a spill down the hill. it was hilarious. some friends, georgia and steve went for a little swim in a cow pond. they got up to their thighs and quit. they found out the water was a little cold. duh.
lowell's house is haunted. mrs. belt got me. she doesn't like it when people are in her room, i suppose, and that is where me and michael stayed. i woke up on sunday morning to find fingerprints on my arm. and they were not from michael. she got me. hehe.
sunday, the three of us made the traditional trek to mcdonald's. we were too late for breakfast :( so sad. we ended up at michael's grandparent's house. his grandmother made us more food. i was stuffed! i can't wait for thanksgiving - that woman can throw down some food. fo sho.
after we left there, we went to back to michael's and watched 3 movies in a row. nice. then sue and left and came back to the big city of murray.
that was my exciting weekend. i had a ton of fun. i hope yall had a good one too!
