First time for everything.
After minutes of contemplating, I decided I would make an account on livejournal and use this as my blog/journal.
This first entry will be kind of a introduction to myself as I don't have anything to say or vent about...
Well I'm Karina, chick from Adelaide, Australia. Lived in Australia all my life and have never travelled outside of Australia (yet). Recently scored a checkout cashier job at Woolworths Supermarket, which is my first job ever! Training leader at my youth group run by my church, loving it but it does make me tired at the end of the term and expecially the year.
Next year planning to do the YearInTheSon (YITS) course at Tabor College, pretty pumped about that but scared because I'll be moving out of home for the first time. I'll miss my family but it will feel good having that sense of freedom. :]
Going through a rough patch at the moment, especially with friends. I feel very left out by some, but completely loved by others. Left school because I was pretty much gonna fail anyway and I needed a job real bad. Fell pretty much worthless sometimes, but I'm glad that my true friends are by me, supporting me every step of the way.
Hobbies are mostly computer based... I like making videos and editing them, also like to use photoshop and play around with pictures and stuff.
That's pretty much it for now!
Going to try to stay clear of the computer for the rest of the night and watch tv (Bruce Almighty, w00t!) with the family because I have been avoiding them by spending all my days in my room on my computer which has been really unhealthy.
