(no subject)
Health- Yay, we seem to be disease free finally here. No more head colds, flu with fever, GI flu (place sppropriate signs and symptoms here - bleh!) or malaise - unless you cound mommy needing a nap. At least we didn't have any Strep throat.
Taxes - done and in to accountant at start of month. just need to email and confirm other stuff with him
Only 2 more batches of girl scout cookies to deliver
Bills - almost on top of them. Thank God busines is starting to pick up for dear hubby. Maybe we can get his busines taxes paid off soon. I really hope we don't have to put any personal tax refund towards paying business taxes. But I guess I should just prepare myself for that inevitability.
Work - off for 4 days last week due to sick me and sick Katiebug, got to come back to senior discount burn day. 3 Major Burns (>30%) two of which were age 74 and age 90. Nothing like grafting skin the consistency of tissue paper. But it was an ego boost to have the residents say to me 'thank god you're here. Can you stay PLEASE? Do you really have to go?' Nothing against the staff already in the room, it's just that I have more practice debriding and grafting major burns and already know the MDs and their quirks.
