well, looks like the pre-approval will go through without a hitch, so *gulp* time to crunch numbers and see if we REALLY can afford a new house. and a specific one at that.
I'm suddenly feeling rather nauseous.
NEED to have more money set aside. Should make a BIG to-do list for this weekend. what kind of / how big will the penalty be to cash in that CD early? Should splurge on a lottery ticket even though I know I'm not meant to have that kind of dinero.
