Work Transfer :P
so.... apparently my job is transfering to Winnipeg. I was basically told that if I didn't go with transfer there is a chance that I might lose my job. I can't take the chance on losing my job when I have 2 kids to support. The only shitty thing is that I would have to commute everyday & it's an hour each way. Not to mention the price of gas these days!! $1.00 or more a litre??!! What's up with that!!!! So.. I am going to try to work it so that I can carpool into the city. I am really not looking forward to all the winter driving and stuff but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. I am still hoping for a miracle that will keep me here in Emerson or that I can get tranfered back sometime. If I move transfer to WPG and find out that my job would have been safe there I'll SNAP!!! O well... I'm going to try not to think about it too much until that time comes (July 1st). I'm just a little stressed about the whole thing. If I didn't have a family and stuff I would pick up and move to Winnipeg but that's not the case & Ryan gets paid WAY too well to quit his job and move. I guess it's good that only one of us has to drive to work and we only have to pay for 1 vehichle.
Anyways... I'm going to sit here and hope for a miracle. I love my job and the people I work with way too much to quit. It's a really good job so I guess I'll have to tranfer if I don't want to lose it. DAMMIT!!
