The TARDIS adopts a stray cat. Fic would most appropriately be told from the cat's POV, with the greater portion of narrative devoted to finding the perfect melting configuration on the Doctor's lap. (This is likely Eleven, as he seems to be the mildest and most snuggly of the doctors so far; Three and Four, certainly, would not put up with serving pillow-duty for very long, and Five's TARDIS is full enough already. Two is far too energetic. I am insufficiently qualified to comment on One, Six, Seven, and Eight.)
The volta of the fic would be when the cat chews through a few pertinent wires and absorbs the Time Vortex. Eat your heart out, Bad Wolf: now is the era of BAD KITTY. (Obviously, in Act III the Master kidnaps Time-Vortex-y Kitty and employs Icanhascheezburger.com as a new tool of galactic domination.)
