If you, like me, are continuously frustrated that the standard size of DVD video is 720px or thereabouts yet my laptop resolution is 1280x800, and that resizing the picture engorges those hideous jpg artifacts, and not even the fanciest options of photoshop can really get rid of them, it may be useful to know that this can be avoided by, er, not ( Read more... )

Or more just like, that is the situation they are remaining in but
Kirk is getting shuffled around on the floor a bit by Spock's manhandling because Spock is all just "nngngggrrrrr!! unf unf unf"

I have never been so grateful for the double standard. If I were a man and I suggested that a physically abused woman with a roofied-up expression on her face was in the middle of a gang-bang, and then proceeded to think this was the sexiest idea ever, I'd be shot.

But I am a woman, and Jim Kirk is a man.* So it's cool. :P

LOL. My preferred justification is "But it's fictional!" because you know, if he was unhappy with the situation that would be ok, too.

...now I'm feeling like this should actually be a fic.

Though I can't really come up with any plausible explanation that would involve Spock and a bunch of other people roofie-ing and gang-banging Kirk, with or without his consent. Perhaps this inability actually bodes well for my mental stability, however.

If all else fails? Mirror universe. That way everyone's evil anyway, so the roofie-ing and gang-banging is perfectly logical and in-character.
