(no subject)
1) I found a purse! It is bright blue and a good size and has pockets for my wallet, cell phone, keys, and pens. I was hoping to get a nicer brand on sale (this one's from Target) but considering all the other specifications I had, I'm not too concerned. Especially since I'm not kidding about it being bright blue. Check it out at Target.com. The description says "PVC plastic" but it's actually very soft. The texture is nice enough for me to pretend it's leather, at any rate.
2) I'm reading about volcanos! A few weeks ago I OD'd on Wikipedia's astronomy pages and this week the subject is volcanic activity. For BPoBD, natch. GEOLOGY IS SO COOL, GUYS. Planets! Doing planety things! With MAGMA!! THERE ARE SUCH THINGS AS LAVA TUBES, GUYS, AND THEY'RE AWESOME. /geek-out
