Hay bb! *pays attention to you*

Sorry, this is tl;dr for me. I only read the capslock stuff. Next time, write in all caps.

IT'S A LIVE BLOG. THE SHOW IS AN HOUR LONG. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?

ALL CAPS WOULD HAVE GOTTEN OLD REALLY FAST I THINK.

I was cranky and late to work earlier so I forgot to say thank you for the blinky text, bb!

It's so nifty that I'll overlook the theory that they created the wormhole by "flying really fast in circles."

That was the point at which my housemate said "hey, you told me this would be good. I thought you meant good, not kinda dumb".

And then she left the room and missed the flying bus! lady thief escapes in flying bus! i spluttered. fun times.

Before I started watching this, I asked my brother if he was still watching the "Sharpe" series, which is srs historical military stuff. He said yes, and I said, "I just wanted to let you know that I'm about to watch the Doctor Who special so you can feel superior."

He replied, "Actually the last episode of Sharpe was stupid enough to be Who. I don't mean that in a derogatory way."

Lol @ flying bus. Between this and Harry Potter, the "flying vehicle" is going to become a proper literary trope one day and children will be forced to memorize facts about it. Lady Christina could be in textbooks! ::waits::

I think you need more than two instances to become a trope - but I am studying to be an English teacher...

Hence the "one day" bit. There's a whole generation of future writers cutting their teeth on HP and DW.
