Yes, we won. But I want to know BY HOW MUCH. And whether or not my vote helped!

Early Votes Not Yet Counted In Georgia. [Link to DailyKos, list of link contained within]

From the Atlanta Journal Constitution:

"With nearly 90 percent of the state’s precincts reporting, McCain had a huge lead: 56 percent to 44 percent for Obama... But those figures included fewer results from metro Atlanta and apparently none of the ballots cast in metro Atlanta during massive early and advance voting. More than 600,000 ballots cast before Tuesday in Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb and Gwinnett were to be counted after the live Tuesday votes."

I'm not sure if only the early votes in those counties (all located in/around the Atlanta area, historically blue), or if all of Georgia's early votes have not been counted. By October 24th, 1,056,352 ballots had been cast. [Atlanta Journal Constitution] At 2:30am, with 98% of precincts reporting, McCain's lead is at ~ 239,000 votes. [From CNN; MSNBC corroborates]

Here's some math:

239,000 < 600,000
239,000 < HELLS FUCKIN' YEAH < 1,056,352 < THERE IS A WHOLE EXTRA COMMA AND EVERYTHING

We can still flip. Yes We Can.

In other news, I will no longer be startled and confused by seeing my neighbor's yard sign supporting Congressional candidate "John Barrow." The '-man' is, er, invisible. Or so my brain kept telling me.

"He can't run for Congress! When will he have time to film Torchwood?" D:
