So, I ended up getting my industrial done rather than the daith, as I'm sure everyone knows by now- but this belongs in a LJ.
As I'm sitting in the chair, and Jeremy is cleaning his tools, Shaffer says 'I don't mean to freak you out, but I just remembered my bro said this hurt like hell.'
Yeah...wow. Great timing. BUT...it wasn't burst-into-tears awful pain.
Last night, I barely slept, because I was afraid I was going to roll over on it. OUCH. I should have got it on the side on which I DON'T sleep. And I knew this. But I wanted my right ear done.
The fam is watching Full Metal Jacket. That movie makes me hate the armed forces. Fuckers.
ADDITION::
You know what REALLY hurts right now? My feet. Yeah, after I got my piercing, I didn't expect to walk around DT, but that's what ended up happening, and my platforms rubbed my feet raw. So, I took them off, and THEN the gross sidewalk burned my blisters!
