Happy Thanksgiving!

Why, yes, I did, in fact, say Thanksgiving, NOT Turkey Day! This holiday is in place so that we remember how our country got started and thank God (or whatever deity/deities you worship) for all our blessings! The commercialization of holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas especially, is starting to drive me a little mad, since people forget why we're even celebrating. Thanksgiving isn't about the food (not that I don't appreciate the food), it's about realizing how blessed we all are and giving thanks to everyone who has done good for us. Remember that today!
