Twin Pines Trailer Park
Good evening everyone! (or morning, afternoon or night depending where/when you are when you read this! XD)
Last night I had a bolt of inspiration to build a trailer park for my Simmies!
This is a lovely, well-maintained community. There are six homes, each the same size but with differing layouts ranging from 2-3 bedrooms. There are semi-private patios - meaning they are furnished before move-in so as to be useful but not private to those in the mobile home, so neighbors and guests can join you for some burgers on the patio. This helps foster Twin Pines' friendly, community atmosphere.
There are lovely personal gardens attached to each home, which are maintained by management as part of your rental fee, but of course Sims with a green thumb are welcome to pitch in with the weeding!
There are of course some lovely common areas for residents to enjoy. Because Twin Pines is a family community, there is a brand new, brightly painted playground for the children, as well as a communal barbecue pit with covered and uncovered picnic seating.

This one is extra CC-licious, but it's mostly plant-life, some garden borders, and a few chairs. Interiors are bare except for doors - make it your own! If you really don't want any/lots of CC then install with clean installer, but know that it LOOKS like a lot more than it is - most of it is recolours being pulled along with their fellows.
Clearly, this is a large lot (5x5); how else did you think I'd accomodate all 6 trailers? *LOL*
