The Small House
A small starter home for your Simmies, aptly named "The Small House". :)
This could also make a nice little vacation home if you so choose... one bedroom, two bathroom. Can easily be converted to two bedroom, one bathroom if you like... unfurnished, and with minimal CC... all of it is my own in fact so I will be linking to the only CC downloads at the bottom of this post. I can't for the life of me remember the price of it but I'm fairly certain it's in the under $20,000 set easily.

Please note for all downloads - I have all EP's and SP's so I don't know what kind of compatibility issues there may be if you don't have them all, and I am teeeerrible at remembering which items come with which EP/SP!
Here is the required CC.. one is a pretty useful set I made that adds some of the Maxis siding trim to a bunch of different sidings from various EP's.
