Where: Various spots around town, ending up at the dance.
Kaylee's happiness had returned full-force since Billy had asked her to the Valentine's Day dance. It was strange, to be sure, but Kaylee was so elated that she ignored the strangeness, and just focused on the happy.
River's friend Jack had helped her find a beautiful dress, which she adored. She was just finishing a bit of a touch-up to her hair when there was a knock on the door to the flat.
"Just a sec!" she called, smiling and going as fast as her high-heels would carry her to the door.
