Gobble Gobble
It's been a good Thanksgiving day so far. I slept in a little bit and then got up and made breakfast. I watched a bit of TV and cuddled with the cats before convincing myself to get off my ass and go running. I had a nice, short (3 mile) run. The weather is breezy, but sunny. Perfect fall running weather. I took it easy, as I have an eight mile run scheduled for Saturday.
I'm now showered and sitting on the couch watching football, planked by kitties. I'm planning on reorganizing my food pantry and then we'll head out to Georgia Browns for dinner around 5:30.
I went out with some coworkers last night for our annual Thanksgiving Eve happy hour. It was a small group and we didn't stay out too late, but it was a good time. We went to Stetsons, where Blake, of DIK bar fame, was bar tending. I only had three drinks, but that's enough for a good happy drunk. Made it home in time to grab a frozen pizza and watch a movie.
I have to work tomorrow, but it should be a pretty chill day. I'm really looking forward to the weekend.
