Wow...
Wow, so much has happened since I last updated. I have such big news, but I've been so busy with school and especially my term paper, that I haven't had time to even post about it. But here goes.... *drum roll*...
I now have a boyfriend!
WEE! I mean, not only do I have a date to my prom now, but I get to go to his as well! OMG... Let me just recap to Saturday. Me and Bonnie went to the skatepark to meet up with Kristen so I could teach them how to skateboard. Well, as me and Bonnie are sitting in my car waiting, this guy pulls up next to us, and me and Bonnie both kind of look at each other like "wow, he's hot." lol Well, I didn't think much more about it, but later, while I was trying to help them, that same guy (whos name is Brandon) comes up and starts talking to me. We were right beside the halfpipe, and I told him that I had tried to drop in a couple of times before, but never could do it. Well, he said I should learn how to pump first (which is pretty much learning how to roll back and forth by pulling your weight up and down), and so he was helping me with that. By now, I was thinking, "Wow, this guy is really cute and really nice." So, while I was practicing that, I heard him and Bonnie talking to each other, but I really didn't think much about, but later, when he had got up on the halfpipe, Bonnie tells me that he liked me and was wondering if I liked him too. Well, of course I did, so we exchanged numbers and decided that he would go with Bonnie and I to a scavenger hunt that her church was having that night.
We left that skatepark soon after that, and got to Bonnie's church and met up with Haley who was in our group. So, he drives us around to get all the things we need for the scavenger hunt, and we get to talk some more, and by then I was so excited because I was thinking that this guy is wonderful. After the scavenger hunt was over (by the way, we ended up winning), everybody had left, but Brandon and I went and sat in my car for a little while. He was holding my hand by this time, but I'm kind of shy so I was having a hard time looking him in the eyes (yeah, I'm a dork). He was so sweet though, and he asked me what was wrong. I told him that I was kind of scared because I didn't want to get hurt, and he said he was too, but he was willing to take the risk (Awww!). And when I finally was able to look him in the eyes, he leaned over and kissed me! Wow....by this time I could have just melted. Then he asked me out and we ended up sitting in my car until 1 in the morning (oops, I know). I've seen him everyday since then and it has just been....amazing. I know this is going really fast, but I've honestly never felt like this before. I mean, he's everything I could want. He is so sweet, he has a wonderful personality, he plays guitar, sings, skateboards (I'm a sucker for skater boys, lol), and is just an all around amazing person, and I'm so so glad I met him.
Sorry that was so long, but I just had to share. I think I'm going to hang out at his house tomorrow night (hopefully my dad will let me), and I think we're going out with a few of my friends Saturday. Well, I guess I'm going to go now. Check in later.
