No the end times are not nigh, but this should be a wake up call for all Californians. Water, food, and a first aid should always be available with flashlights, matches and a gas shut off wrench. Anytime we have a small shake I make sure things are stocked or restocked. And of course, we had no emergency water. Whoops. So don't be like me ;) Be prepared.
