The first full-on night of WisCon is over for me, ad I've been having a blast. I have finally stopped smelling like curry, but I still really, really want samosas. Maybe I will get the sis to accompany to the buffet for lunch sometime this next week...if I can afford it.
I am really looking forward to the next few days. I know I will need to take a time out at some point to do more job search stuff, but it's been really nice to not think about that. Being surrounded by fellow sf/f geeks...not just sf/f geeks but *feminist* sf/f geeks has been a nice mental break...as opposed to a mental breakdown.
Now I need to do some chores and get myself to bed.
