whoa! 90 numbers? we only go to 75 here. how are the numbers divided amongst the letters? and I did call bingo at nolose, but my lovely partner organized the whole damn thing.

There are no letters here.
3 rows x 9 columns per card. Some of the cells have a number in and some don't. Players generally play a page of 6 cards which between them will have all of the 90 numbers. Does this make any sense?

I enjoyed the bingo at nolose. Despite claiming to hate bingo, I think I secretly love it.

Is there any bingo calling slang in the US?

oh and column one has any of the numbers from 1-9, column 2 the numbers from 10-19, column 3- 20-29. Clear as mud?

a little bit. The 11 is called as hot legs sometimes and there are a few others that I have heard, but mostly the slang is not nearly as sophisticated (which is true in comparisons of American and British slang in general) as that which you describe.
I openly love bingo. I just wish it was cheaper to play. There is a 6 night a week bingo place in Ann Arbor, and one night many of us (headbump, lovelikeyeast, onstar, bigfinedaddy, and 2uncool2have1) went in there and queered it right out. We got yelled at for talking too much. Not too loud, but too much. We were practically whispering.

I'll be coming on the Brighton line (woo-woo) with some elastic for your droopy drawers and a scourer to scrub your dirty knees.

Did they click their pens on the table to "all the sixes, clickety click"? I used to play bingo every Tuesday evening in Sutton Benger village hall. I was the youngest player for a while, and could only work one book. Even with that disadvantage I would occassionally win. Once I won a big tin of Quality Street!

No, no table clicking at all. Maybe if thay had she'd have said "thank you clickers'.

Mean? They're just to make the calling-out-numbers a bit more fun.
