What a day the cat had
Hermes comes in this afternoon soaking wet. I don't know how it happened as it didn't rain today. It had rained all week, and he has shown up at the door more or less bone dry. But today he arrives wet. When he leaped into my lap later I realized that all of his whiskers are about 2 inches long. They all are short and stubby. What the hell!??!?!? How does the cat get all his whiskers cut short and become soaking wet? Poor thing. He doesn't seem undully tramatized. The day 6 people showed up to take measurements of the house to move in he seemed tramatized, but apparently this doesn't rate. I have to assume that no one did it to him... but I still wish he talked so that I know what happened.
