(no subject)
Two weeks off from college! Im enjoyin playing with my music video now which is a bonus but Ive got loads of work to do over the easter holidays which kinda sucks. Editing is fun though, and when I go back, ive gotta go run around in the woods to try and acapture the "story" side of the song. The song, which I wrote the lyrics too and everything for my band, is about loves ability to find 2 people in the darkest of places and let them find one another. It's not a typical love story. Its actually pretty dark, but I think its kinda beautiful. For the video, I want to contrast that, showing the destructive nature of love and the emotional barriers people put up when faced with a romantic dilemma. Cool
Potentially got a drummer. 17 year old girl from the "aldershot/farnborough" area. I'm a bit worried about her age as we auditioned a 16 year old the other day and he was fucking awful (note: im not being a pretentious fecker when i say "audition", but to be honest, if I told you guys I was tyring out a 17 year oiold girl from Aldershot, what would you think of me?!). So hopefully she'll be mega. Hattie's brother is movin to Guildford soon which will be cool. Hopefully he'll come down and play bass for us. We need someone reliable so I'll have to find out before if hes up for it

Gonna go out and buy the John Mayer album and the new Tenacious D album if it exists. Thats what I've been told so im going for it
