I love Akita!
Yesterday James and I took James' family and Cat to Akita to thank them for the wedding help. It was just as good (even better!) than I remembered! This time instead of ordering an entree and a main, we asked the owner Toshi to select some entrees for us until we got full. It was actually a pretty exciting way to eat - we didn't know what was coming next. =D The food was so beautifully presented - I wish I had my camera to take photos of everything but someone *cough*Cat*cough* stole it!
Today was reasonably productive wedding-wise. I organised the flowers and booked my expensive eyebrows wax ($65!!!). I'll have bushy eyebrows for a couple of weeks but hopefully it'll be worth it - ah, who am I kidding - I've had bushy eyebrows for MONTHS now and beyond the occasional tweezing of a particularly egregious hair I've learned to live with it.
At 5:00 I have to start on dinner. It's going to be tricky timing it because of gym but I think I've managed it. I'm excited about dinner tomorrow - it's the most elaborate meal I'll have made in ages and once again if I had my camera I would take a photo of it! *glares at Cat* In fact I'm only making Chinese white chicken tonight because I need the stock to make tomorrow's dinner. Fingers crossed it all goes well!
