We had the wedding menu tasting and it was sooo yummy. I was also really full at the end - couldn't possibly have had any wedding cake! But it'll be more spread out on the night so hopefully people will be able to eat it all.

Goujons of beer battered atlantic salmon with parsley tartare

Served with 2006 Talinga Park Chardonnay and fruit punch (in lieu of non-alcoholic sparkling)
Entree
King prawn, blue swimmer crab and moreton bay bug tian with mango and avocado salsa
Served with 2007 Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc
Main
Tournedos rossini, grain fed eye fillet wrapped in a thyme roesti with scampi and foie gras butter, porcini and truffle sauce and sauteed savoy cabbage with kaiserfleisch
alternating with
Seared king fish with a pesto crust, pan fried potato gnocchi cake, roast capsicum, olives, chorizo and pine nut ragu, rocket, roast cherry tomatoes and balsamic reduction
Served with 2005 O'Leary Walker Cabernet Sauvignon and 2006 Fox Creek Red Baron Shiraz
Dessert
Assiette of chocolate, cuban dark chocolate, orange and strawberry tart with vanilla anglaise, double mud-cake doused in rum, chocolate, raspberry and cointreau ice cream and a creamy dark hot chocolate and baileys shooter

Alternating citrus wedding cake and chocolate raspberry wedding cake.
