Blargh!
Nobody called me in an angry tiff on the weekend so I guess I didn't have anything planned for Saturday after all!
I need to get some more white sugar because I want to make some more carrot cake. It was the most deliciously awesome carrot cake ever - really moist and flavoursome! It's pretty huge too since it's lasted about a week of me and James taking multiple large pieces a day. I still have lots of cream cheese frosting that I need to use up as well.
Cat finished part of the invites and they look great! I'm still in the middle of collecting addresses and she still needs to print out everything else so fingers crossed stuff will start to get sent out in the middle of this week! And now the only big thing left is the dress! I'm starting to get mildly stressed about the dress - I thought I had a winner tonight with a Collette Dinnigan dress from eBay, but it didn't look that great on me when I reviewed the photos James had taken of me trying it on. Pity. =( I might head to Fitzroy and Collingwood this week to have a browse and see if I can find something. If I haven't found something within a couple of weeks of the wedding I'll probably go with the Simona dress that looked good.
