The 10 Random Things Game
* Each blogger starts with ten random facts/habits about themselves.
* Bloggers that are tagged need to write on their own blog about their ten things and post these rules.
* At the end of your blog, you need to choose ten people to get tagged and list their names.
* Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them they're tagged, and to read your blog
Tagged by Gabe, Aryn, Ren, G (I think?) etc etc. I hate being told what to do on my online space, but at the same time really like it when someone thinks of me enough to tag me for something. Also, I've been told this is the sort of fun thing that I could stand to do a bit more.
1. I fear frogs. They are disgustingly slimy and disconcertingly squishy.
2. Rainy days tend to make me happy, and sunny cloudless days tend to make me sad.
3. It's taken a while to get there, but now at 24 I am reasonably sure I am not gay. Dad still wonders, though.
4. I am, at 24, still a geek. Lately I have been trying not to wear it on my sleeve. While I am unashamed, even proud to be one (see my since publicly presented at magnet high street powerpoint presentation Gundam For The Frustrated Girlfriend), friends have told me I can sometimes use it as an easy shield to hide behind when I'm feeling particularly insecure.
5. Speaking of insecurities, until about a couple of years ago, I could not walk into a bar alone. I think I once stood outside saGuijo for a good twenty minutes waiting for a friend inside to come out and bring me in.
6. I've alternately been called very sweet and a heartless bastard by various people, sometimes in the same sentence from the same person.
7. I've been called funny, but I don't recall ever being called lighthearted. I wish it were easier for me to loosen up.
8. I can pass for 30 plus if I don't shave for a week.
9. Since I started listening to the Skeptic's Guide To The Universe podcast over the last couple of years, and talked up some old scientist friends, there's a lot of stuff I no longer believe in, and I'm glad to be free of it. Empirical evidence FTW!
10. My educational attainment consists of a bachelor's degree in Legal Management and a minor in History. I love Ateneo for letting me take that history minor. Through college I would generally C any subject that had to do with management, and ace anything in the sciences or humanities.
