I finally went to my WW meeting to get weighed in. I skipped last week because of (fill in the blank)
In the past 2 weeks I've gone down .4 lb. Whoa. I'm happy nonetheless. It's a loss over 2 weeks of not holding myself accountable much, and a holiday weekend as well.
I woke up early this morning, did a Firm workout 55 minutes of cardio/strength training. Felt great! Still feel great. I've kept track of everything I've eaten today. Worked on my excel spreadsheet and set goals for several weeks to come. Added a graph because I love 'em. I have no doubt I can reach my 10% goal soon. Total loss of 15 pounds. Let me clarify, if I stick to my points and start to stick to some sort of workout routine, I can reach that goal very soon.
I'm very motivated. I know today is just one day. I have no doubt I will continue to feel better and better each day I treat my body well.
Decided I'm going to participate in the Race for the Cure. I registered last year but my mother ended up in the hospital for several days so I just couldn't make it. I'm wearing my t-shirt now. :)
I'm not going to race, but do the family walk part of it.
I would love to be a runner. I'm going to work on that. First, I need a new set of lungs. Ever since I was about 12 years old, I've admired runners. I'm just inspired by the stamina, and of course the smokin hot thighs too. :) Just kidding. I think it's fabulous runners are all shapes and sizes. It blows me away sometimes when a certain "body" says they do x amount of miles everyday. Wow.
