i am not throwing away my shot

After much trial and error and months of waiting, I finally saw Hamilton tonight.

I feel kind of shellshocked right now.

So, yes. It really is that good.

And wow, it hit me RIGHT in the meta-storytelling feels.

BRENDA I CANNOT HANDLE HOW GOOD IT WAS

IDK IF THEY CHANGED MUCH FROM THE PUBLIC PRODUCTION BUT IT WAS FUCKING FLAWLESS AND I AM NEVER GETTING OVER THE ENDING AND HOW IT TURNS INTO ELIZA'S STORY

AND ALSO AARON BURR

AND ALSO JONATHAN GROFF

Um, so yes. First weekend in October? I'm around -- I'm busy as shit, but around. Hopefully we can find a couple of free hours that match up?

Yeah, Leslie Odem Jr was a fucking GIFT. He was so flawless. As was Groff. As was the guy playing Jefferson/Lafayette (I can't remember his name).

And the girls playing the Schuyler sisters. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. So fucking good.

And cool. I'm there early the 4th (Saturday) through early the 6th (Tuesday) - and have no real plans, so whenever is good for you. Although I am going to try to see Hamilton again, because I need to see it on Broadway now. (We'll see if I can get a ticket.)
