Originally uploaded by kayay5 This picture was actually taken while I was at home later in the month, but these little Noel Angels belong to my mom, and December 2nd is her birthday. I absolutely adore these angels! Aren't they precious?
Funny anecdote: My mom has a cleaning service come a couple times a month, and they're always moving things around. They don't speak much English. My mom said that when she'd come home, the angels were moved around, spelling 'ENLO'. Hee!

Originally uploaded by kayay5 Christmas really snuck up on me this year, and I didn't even get a tree. My first year in my own home and I didn't even get a tree! It is to weep. Oh well. I put together this little centerpiece to bring at least a little holiday spirit to Casa de Kaycee.

Originally uploaded by kayay5 'Tis also the season for cold feet. I've tried to resist turning on the heat, because it gets up into the upper 60's during the day, but mornings and nights can be chilly. Here, I had on knee socks, athletic socks, and slippers, and my feet were still a little cold.
