Well well, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead...is dead itself. Shows over. Friday night was good ((quiet audience though)) Saturday absolutely rocked, the audience was laughing a lot and out loud, so that pumped us up. Sunday afternoon went really well, but not as well as Saturday. It was a really great experience for me, and I'm really glad to have met all those people, it was WONDERFUL!
Tonight at 7 I'm going to a call-back audition for a children's show at MCC, called "The Golden Fish" which was actually written by Dave, our theatre professor! There are limited female roles, and a lot of wonderful female actors going tonight, so I'm hopeful but trying to keep my expectations to a medium.
Last night Aaron pulled a prank on us...and oooooooooo did he get us good! We were at the park, and just messing around, being goofy and little on the hoodlum side. I had noticed some people in the parking lot, so they were like "oo, what if they're calling the cops on us or something?" so we decided to leave. I was in my car, Mark was in his, and Rob had him and Aaron in his car. Mark and I drove off first while Aaron went to grab something, so we waited in a parking lot further up for them. As Robs car goes by and we follow, my cell rings. Its Aaron. "Kelly, I'm in the woods right now, the cops showed up and Rob drove off casually, so I'm hiding. I'll call you back when its safe to pick me up." So I start flashing my lights at Mark, and at a stop sign, I scream out my window "GET ROB TO PULL OVER! I HAVE TO TALK TO YOU GUYS!" Eventually the 3 cars pull over, and just then, Aaron calls me back. "The cops started looking around, I had to cross the stream and I'm hiding now." I started freaking out and hand the phone to Rob, who says hes sorry this happened, then to Mark who starts planning where Aaron can go so we can pick him up. Just then, Aaron walks over and starts laughing!!! He had been hiding in Robs car the whole time! Anyway...with Mark and Aaron and Rob...good times are sure to ensue. I love you guys!
